Elsa from Frozen! This Disney costume features a multi-layer tulle skirt with sparkles, a bodice with sequined front, velcro closures in back, and a snowflake overlay that is cape-length in the back. Worn only twice for Halloween, it's in excellent used condition from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
