All purchases completed M-F before 4 pm ship out the same day once receiving notice of cleared payment.   NO RETURNS are accepted for this item. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. In the event that an item is returned the item should be shipped back in the same manner as it was shipped with all the original parts included. Once the item is received back we will inspect it at this point if the item is damaged or missing parts or different items have been sent back, we will charge you for that value of the entire item. If all is intact we will then issue your refund. Our products are always inspected to assure that you are always receiving the best quality items. All of our electrical items are inspected and tested to insure the best quality.
