Please note, free postage is offered on all of my DVD's within Australia (unless it's a boxed set), there is an option to choose registered post, if you do not opt for registered I cannot be held responsible for lost DVD's. I have rarely had any DVD's go missing but it is still a possibility for the customer to consider.

Overseas postage is sent as a letter that cannot be tracked as this is the cheapest way, if you want tracking please inquire, it is expensive. I keep a record of the postage for proof of postage but it cannot be guaranteed. I have not had any go missing but there is a risk so please take that into consideration. No compensation can be made for missing items, this is your choice.
