The program is in very good condition with no major flaws.  It is signed on the cover by Sleepy Tripp and another signature I do not recognize.  Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program.

The Saugus Speedway program is dated July 13, 1991, and the ticket stub is included.  The USAC Western Midgets were visiting the Santa Clarita, CA oval this evening.  The race was won by Page Jones with Robby Flock and Sleepy Tripp following.  The 1/3 mile Saugus Speedway would close in 1995.
