This glossy-finish, silver-plated Pie/Cake Server is in an unknown pattern, and its maker is unknown.  Engraved on the serve plate, is:  SLICE OF LIFE.  The handle is slim, with raised swirls and tiny beads.  There is a 1/16-inch hole at the tip, for hanging.

Measurements are:  Total Length:  9 1/4 inches;

                                Width of serve plate, at the widest part:  1 3/4 inch;

                                 Length of flat part of serve plate:  about 3 1/2 inches.

Measurements are:  Length:  7 1/8 inches;

                                Width at the widest part of the bowl:  1 1/2 inch.

Pre-owned, this Server has some smudge marks in its finish, on the back of the serve plate (See 3rd photo).  Also, the letter, E, and the letters OF, are missing their black "antiquing" in the words SLICE OF. (See 4th photo).  Otherwise it is in good condition.
