(12) George Jones & Sons Crescent Ornate Gold Encrusted 10.375 Inch DINNER PLATES 

Stunning sets of plates with 7 inches of heavy gold and detailed tracery in the center andan egg and dart thick gold band at the rim.  These high end plates are also signified by theheavy gold covering the feet to prevent scratches on the plate below (photo #7).

The 1.375 inch cream verge, in contrast to the bright white on the back, serves to highlightthe spectacular gold workings.  The rim height is .75 inches.   

All twelve plates are included in this offer. These plates are very sturdy with all the gold and weigh almost 19 pounds before packing.
