The ticket stub is in very good condition with two nice corners and no major flaws.  Pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the ticket. 

The 1962 Firecracker 250 was held at Daytona International Speedway on July 4th.  Starting on the pole and leading the field to green in front of 22,591 fans was Banjo Matthews, who drove the #02 Pontiac.

Winning his third race of the year at Daytona was Fireball Roberts in the #22 Pontiac.  Junior Johnson would finish second, twelve seconds behind, followed by Marvin Panch, Jack Smith, and Jimmy Pardue.
