PAYMENT
Payment via PayPal or Cheque or collect in person and pay cash.
SHIPPING
UK Mainland.
Most parts are dispatched on day of order if order is received before 3 p.m. or 10 a.m. Saturdays. Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched first post Monday.
Standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class for small parcels or Courier for heavier items.
Destinations outside UK
Overseas buyers please contact me for a shipping price please.
Returned Goods
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:-
If you are returning parts because you ordered the wrong part i.e. the mistake is yours then we will only refund the cost of the items and expect you to pay for postage both ways.
However if the part or parts are supplied incorrectly or there is some other fault we will refund cost of item and postage.
Returned items to be received in a re-saleable condition.
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
Items should be returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Second Hand/Used Parts
Used parts are supplied in the understanding that they may have a degree of wear and may have been subject to stress or miss use in the past.
The customer shall be responsible for inspecting parts supplied and determining that they are fit for use.
We accept no responsibility for failure or defects of parts in use or otherwise.
We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
