This unit's been tested and is working great. It comes in what we believe is its original box and is in superb condition - its possible it may never have been used.

We this unit it without a power supply. The front panel indicates it requires a 16v AC adapter, but the instruction sheet for the Frostwave resonator suggests it can accept a 15-18V AC (not DC!) adapter. We tested it with a 14v AC (Jameco product number 171408) after checking with our tech to make sure it was safe to use. It worked fine, though we recommend finding a 16v adapter since that's what the manufacturer recommended. We aren't going to source one because this item may sell in another country with a different voltage where a different type of adapter would be necessary. Our tech says it's a female connector with a 2.1mm inside diameter, and 500mA should be more than enough.

The shipping calculator here may be wrong. Buyer pays ACTUAL insured shipping costs.

International shipping: The price using eBay’s Global Shipping Program option is accurate. If you check out using this option, this will be the only option. If the calculator shows a UPS Expedited option, the cost may be a lot less using our UPS account - the best way to calculate shipping via this method would be to go to our website, find the item and use the calculator there since our shipping calculator should be more accurate - but please email us first to discuss as we want to be sure the shipping quote seems right.

We will settle up any shipping differences after the item ships. It will ship within approximately 2 weeks of when we receive full payment. We won’t falsely declare the value of this item, so please don’t ask.

-Many of the items we sell are big and fragile & have special packing requirements. We pack and ship only 1 day a week and delays can sometimes occur, so expect us to ship your item within 1-2 weeks. If you're in a hurry, please don't buy from us as we don't want to disappoint you.
-If you leave feedback, we expect you to give us a perfect score for shipping time since we make our policies clear in advance.
