This model was manufactured by Custom Servo Motors and later by MTS and Parker

-146  indicates that this amplifier is configured to use a brushless tachometer for velocity feedback.

We also have standard MPA-03 units available

This unit has been tested with a motor and motion controller and is in good operating condition. I will warranty it for 6 months.
