Hikari Guardians of the Galaxy Groot 1000 LE Pieces Funko Rare Unreleased Color. 

This is a Hikari Groot model that was never released to the the public. 

This is from the Hikari line showcased at the 2014 NYCC with the different models but this variation was never shown and to my understanding was cancelled from production before the Con. 

This variation is named Frost Groot (not to be confused with the Frosted Groot variation) and is a translucent blue coloration.
