Here is Lego Town set 6541 - Intercoastal Seaport.  This is a vintage set from 1991.

100% complete with all minifigures, all accessories, all printed parts, instructions and box.  

Generally in very good condition for its age.  The box comes complete with its inner cart tray and the cellophane is intact.  However, there is a tear on the front side of the outer box and some tape marks and scuffing.  A wonderful old set though!  From a smoke-free home.
