This recent find comes from Estate of Retired NASA MSFC Engineer that worked on Saturn/Apollo "S2 Deputy Mgr." through the later Shuttle Missions and is a Professionally Framed NASA Manned Flight Awareness "PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION" CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION/AWARD for work done on the Space Shuttle Challenger Accident and getting NASA back to Flight Status.  Certificate is in Very Good condition with some minimal storage wear. There are two tiny harder to see areas on the inside of the glass possibly on the certificate (picture 7-8). Lastly included is previous owners NASA business card from the 1960's when he headed MSFC group on the Saturn/Apollo programs in California.
