All customers should contact us prior to returning the item to us. We will offer refunds or exchange for defective items only. 

If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days after receiving the items.

We may charge restocking fee for item returned without original package, abused, altered, or damaged.

All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. We will provide you with a return address.
