DEFECTIVE/EXCHANGE

If items are defective, Seller will ship the replacement item FREE of charge to 50 US States only. Seller will provide you with shipping label for you to return the item.

If you simply want to return the item, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges of the item. The item must be returned via the shipping carrier with delivery confirmation service.

SHIPPING METHOD TO USA 

* All items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail to 48 US states. If you live outside of 48 US states, the items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail including delivery confirmation to 50 US states.
