This is a 1941 Buick Century California Highway Patrol in 1/43 scale manufactured by Western Models (like Brooklin) in England.  

It is model number WMS 67 P.

This is a fastback car and it is often referred to as a sedanette (or sedanet).

NOTE:  This model is missing a piece of the driver's side beltline trim from the door handle back.
