The dollhouse is very clean and in good condition for age with only one grommet missing on the top roof and one tiny tear near the closure. ( please view last photo)

No stains. I sanitized and cleaned the house.

Dolls bodies are in good condition. The woman’s clothing has some staining on the shirt. The woman’s face is a different color than her body.

Furniture:

Bedroom furniture is in good overall condition

Bathroom furniture is in good overall condition. The bathroom tub backdrop has a connecting piece missing in the back.

Dining room is incomplete & 1 chair has a broken leg.

Living room furniture couch is in good condition. Coffee table is slightly scuffed on the top. The matching chair is missing to legs on the bottom front. ( I put a black Lego under the chair to set it up straight. ) Some legs could be easily glued on the front of the chair.

Overall -This is a really nice vinyl doll house.

It is in good condition for it’s age.
