  Please Note: In the unlikely event of delays caused by royal mail, I always ship items according to the listing, the same or the next working day. Where delays do occur, please be patient as Royal Mail will not investigate until at least 10 working days has passed after the date of dispatch.

  Everything that I sell has been tested, serial number registered, data wiped and is in a condition as described above.  All items are sold as seen, however if it states the item is in full working order it will have a 30- day warranty From us.  If it has a fault within the warranty period, you are required to post the item back to us, for the item to be tested by us and we will do one of the following:
  1) Fix the item and deliver it back to you.
  2) If the item cannot be fixed we will replace it with a matching item or equivalent which will be agreed by both parties and we will deliver the item back to you.

  If you decide you just don’t want the item you have bought from us any more, I’m happy to accept its return within 14 days from the date of dispatch.  you will be responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was sent to you in.
