Nevertheless, if the item(s) is being returned because it is damaged or not as described, we will provide a full refund the cost of the item and original shipping

2. Normally, the mailman leaves a notice in your absence and may arrange redelivery or you may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If the item is unclaimed then it will be returned to the sender. Please contact your Post Office as soon as possible. If an item is returned to us by the post office due to undeliverable address(incorrect shipping information) or because it was unclaimed, you will be charged with the original shipping cost + 20% restocking fee/returning fee and remaining balance will be refunded
