As a reputable Ebay shop, we always try to act in the best interests of our customers and, wherever possible, do not profit from the postage we charge. In the case of multiple purchases, please request an invoice before making payment. In the case of customers outside of the UK, again please request an invoice before paying and you will be charged actual postage + 50p.

All ‘Buy it Now’ items are covered by ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ (DSR) and, as such, can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (UK and Europe). All auction listings will also be covered by a no quibble refund in the rare event you are unhappy with your purchase.

Your item/s will be shipped the next working day by Royal Mail or, in the case of larger items, by a courier. Please be mindful that once your item is handed over to a third party, such as Royal Mail, we are bound by their terms, conditions and timescales. For example, for international parcels Royal Mail does not class a parcel as ‘lost’ until 25 working days have elapsed. Upgraded postage options are always available which can include a fully trackable option for peace of mind.

Payment is expected to be made within 48hrs of purchase. If no payment is made within 4 days, then a case will be opened and, after 8 days, a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) claim will be filed. If you have problems paying for your item, please communicate with us as we are only too happy to be accommodating when problems arise.
