For sale is a Vintage set of construction guides titled Audel's Carpenters and Builders Guide. This is a complete set, including Volume 1, 2, 3, 4. Copyright says 1923 in the front cover.  The original owner signed their name in the first page of each book.

Despite their age, the books are in fair to good condition.  No tears were observed in any of the volumes. Slight markups, such as the signature as previously mentioned.

Volume 3 may have had water damage to it, but that is unconfirmed and is assumed based on the discoloration of some of the pages as shown in the above pictures.  Nevertheless, none of the pages are stuck together and none of the content of the pages is affected.
