Offered for your consideration, Vintage 1960's/early 70's Ely Bushed Denim 100% Cotton Twin Zipper Blue Jeans.  Deadstock with all the original Tags attached.  Marked 28"X34"  Actual Measurements Waist 28", Rise 12",Hip 38.5", Inseam 34" and Overall Length 44.5".   I would consider Elephant Bell as this have a larger opening than a traditional Bell Bottom.  See Photos.
