This Stamp and Bubble Pen comes in its original, sealed packaging.  It has a plastic, golden, teddy bear at the top, sitting with 2 red hearts in front of him.

Measurements are:  Total Length:  7 3/4 inches;

                                 Width of bear's pedestal:  about 1 inch;

                                 Diameter of pen cap, at its widest:  about 5/8 inch.

This pen is older stock, but sealed in its original packaging, it is untested, but in good condition.
