A fall is hardly anticipatable and, as the saying says, “prevention is better than cure”.
Of course we do not wish you to fall or crash (it’s much better if you stay on your 2 wheels) but we also know that your motorbike definitely doesn’t like meeting with road’s tar…
That’s why we recommend you use preventive protection sliders : it’s much better and cheaper to sacrifice and replace a Teflon/Aluminum pad (specifically made to absorb shocks) than repairing or replacing your fairings.
These anodised aluminum sliders are manufactured from CNC machined aluminum with a strong commitment to quality. The protection pads are made of Teflon, decorated with an anodised aluminum finish, offering a large choice of colours for customisation.
This kit is specific to the motorbikes’ models mentioned in this description, this is not a universal model needing modifications. If your motorcycle has fairings, it will not be necessary to drill them in order to mount these crash pads.
Indeed, these sliders are designed and manufactured to easily mount on your existing fastening spots, usually located near the frame or chassis (close to the engine bracket), without any modification needed for the installation.
To be sure of the fitment on your bike without modification, you must be sure that you can see the mounting spot (usually near the frame or chassis, close to the engine bracket) without your fairing covering or hiding it. We are also available to answer all questions and clear doubts.
Pictures accurately display the protection kit as you will receive it. You just have to choose the colour you want, that’s up to you !
We do not provide a mounting scheme but adaptation should be rather easy thanks to the hardware kit included with the protections (a pair of sliders and their fastenings that you will simply mount on the existing mounting spots). If a bolt you already have on your motorcycle is provided with the hardware kit, it means you should change your existing one with the one you’ll have with the hardware kit.
A preventive and nice-looking accessory that will prove its many advantages in case of a fall. But dear biker friends, most of all stay on your wheels, we do not wish you to fall or crash... Although highly efficient, these protections will not help you dodge a fall and they will not allow you to escape a hard meeting with road tar in case of a crash...
