Obviously this was made for an Intel graphic card or a small server CPU and if you look at the specs below (for a very similar item) it could probably be adapted for a small CPU (200 w. Max). If you are very good at D.I.Y. computer stuff and want to have a all liquid cooling PC, it could probably cool down a chipset. But you are on your own on adaptation. This is a 70mm.fan; not quiet at full speed
