Terms of Sale:
We accept payment by any of the following methods:
PayPal
eBay Pay (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Credit Card - Physical (Local Pickup, no cash or check accepted)
Please make your payment within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Ideally, a payment is received immediately after the close of the auction/buy it now.
Shipping:
Your items will be professionally packed by our shipping & processing warehouse. All items are shipped within 2-3 days by FedEx Ground or USPS. All items that are listed for sale are in stock and ready to ship.
Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We do, however, send to shipping hubs that specialize in out-of-country shipping. Please make sure your ship-to address is correct before placing your order.
Note that local pickup is also available
We welcome our customers to pickup their items from our store located in Centennial, CO.
Pickup hours are between 9AM and 5PM.
Please bring a copy of your winning auction for reference (this can be printed or shown to the representative on your phone).
We only accept credit card as payment when doing a local pickup. PayPal or eBay Pay may also be used in advance, but will require extra verifications which will slow the pickup process.
We will ask to scan your pickup QR code at the time of pickup. Please have this ready
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
- 30 Day Return Policy, per eBay Terms.
- All items are serialized and inventoried prior to shipment
- Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping.
- Buyer is responsible to ensure proper packaging is used to return items to us. Any items that are damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging will not be accepted.
- To initiate a return, please reach out to us via eBay messenger for an RMA number.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. Any items that were damaged by the customer due to neglect or improper installation will not be accepted.
Communication:
Attention eBay customers: computerdeals909 values our relationship with eBay. Because of this, we will NEVER, under any circumstance, communicate with a customer or initiate a deal outside of the eBay system. There are no exceptions to this rule, and buyers who request this will be banned from working with us. Thank you for understanding!
