The lens has a few scratches/blemishes on the front element but they do not noticeably affect the quality of the photos. Apart from that, it shows normal signs of use and is fully functional. The aperture is clean and dry. There are a few dust particles inside, which is normal for lens that is quite old.

The set includes a rear cap.
