Condition is Good.   Hardcover is in good shape, shows normal wear for a book this age.  Pages are also in good shape. Original owners name is written on the inside cover page.  See photos.     "Order of Description" pages 20 thru 59 have been filled in/completed in very neat cursive writing and illustrations by original owner beginning in 1897.  Pages 60 thru 122 are still blank.  Index pages of Scientific and Common Names are still blank.   See photos.
