Condition is very good. There are no issues with lace, but I do see some of the pic stitches that have lifted. The top of the quilt is a linen/cotton blend, and the bottom is 100% cotton.

It is ivory. You can see the color against my white dining chairs. The quilt has been laundered in unscented Persil and lavendar whiting so it is ready to use.
