GRADING GUIDE For Records.

Mint – Perfect  in every way.

Near Mint (NM) - Looks close as new or is new / sealed. Almost perfect. 

Excellent (EX) -  Almost "near mint". May have lite inner sleeve marks. Lots of play wear left.

Very Good (plus) (VG +)  Full Gloss. With sleeve marks or some hairlines scratches. May have some occasional surface noise but will not overpower audio. Lots of play wear left.  No skips.

Very Good (VG ) Will have scratches. Nothing deep. Gloss. Surface noise will be more evident but not constant. No distortion. Any "skips" Will be noted.

GOOD (G) - Record will have scratches and scuffs,  surface noise.  Still playable condition but usually for serious collectors only.

EX may have minor crease. No Splits No Writing.
VG+ wear forming. May have Lite writing, Creases, minor splitting.
VG significant ring wear. Seam splits, tape, writing.
