This costume set is all set for dancing at a winter ball!

This outfit made me think of Elsa from Frozen. The dress is made of a bright turquoise blue shimmery fabric of polyester, cotton and nylon.The dress bodice is lace, featuring a deep v in front and back. It has molded cups. The waist of the dress is decorated with glass beads and fake gems. The pleated skirt is flowy and moves well. The dress is made by teeze me and is labeled as a size ½. To complete the outfit is a long cape, a pearl and heart pendant necklace and faux pearl earrings. I made the cape from sheer dark blue chiffon. It closes in front with a silver clasp. The jewelry is also made by me.

Necklace is 18 inches around.

Bust is 15 inches across

Pit to pit is 16 ½ inches

Empire waist is 12 ½ inches across

Hips are 21 inches across

Shoulder to hem is 55 ½ inches

Cape is approximately 120 inches wide by 52 inches long

This dress was too small to completely fit on my dress form. However, it did fit me perfectly, my measurements are 32 ½, 26 ½, 35. For reference, the dress form’s measurements are: 35, 27, 36.

The dress is in excellent gently-used condition. I have washed it and it is clean and has no smells.

This is a upcycled/ vintage item, and may have issues I have not seen.Please keep that in mind.
