This beautiful costume is just right for attending a Regency inspired event!

The dress is a vintage one, paired with Regency-style accessories. The dress is white cotton with a small white flower print, made in England by Laura Ashley. The skirt has multiple layers to it and it moves beautifully. It is listed as a US size 10 and a UK size 14,with an empire waist, cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. To complement the dress, the original sash adorns the waist, though it is modified by me. It once had a bow, but I got rid of it and added three buttons to the back to make it easy to adjust the size. Over it is a bright green ribbon. The necklace is a glass crystal on a silver chain, made by me. A pair of handmade pearl earrings are also included. The large straw bonnet is decorated with bright summer flowers and gray satin ribbon, with two loose ribbons to tie under the chin. To complete the outfit is a silk green and gold shawl from India.

Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches across

Pit to pit is 18 inches across

Empire waist is 15 inches across

Waist is also 15 inches across

Hips are free

Length from the shoulders to hem is 51 inches

Zipper is 20 inches long

For reference, the dress form’s measurements are: 35, 27, 36

The dress is in very very good condition. I have washed it and it is clean and has no smells. There is one tiny pin-prick stain on the right upper back which I did not get out. The shawl is clean.

This is a upcycled/ vintage item, and may have issues I have not seen.Please keep that in mind, and as such, I do not offer returns on them.
