Made in the 1940s folk art cut copper fob or pendant with bent nail ring. Patina copper darkened from age with some green verdigris in an arrow or spear point shape. Hand crafted field folk art that could be used as a key ring fob or a primitive art pendant.  Made by a miner that worked in the old Ore Knob Copper Mine North Carolina and historic registered mine and drafted during the war. Unsigned copper metal art, miner and warrior that made the piece is long deceased. You could replace the nail with a bail or jump ring if you would like, but this is the way it was made by the craftsman. 2 1/4" long not including the looped nail, 1" wide, slightly under 1/8" thick.  18 grams, .7 ounce in weight.
