Here is another rare pictorial history of Israel book titled Israel: 30 STATE OF ISRAEL A Pictorial Review. This another book from Wilhelm Lowy following up on his 20 and 25 year pictorial reviews of the history of the State of Israel. This was printed in 1978 by Bronfman Book Publishing in Tel Aviv, Israel and is the first edition with a glossy hardcover. I was only able to find a few copies of this anywhere for sale, and none had any pictures of the actual book.
This is full of photographs like the other pictorial history books I listed recently, but what is really interesting about this one is that the captions are written not only in English, but also in Hebrew, German, and French (and it reads right to left).
The cover was made with a glossy laminate layer that is starting to separate in places as you can see in the photos. It has pulled off in a few places near the spine and you can see a piece on the bottom left of the cover missing (in the last photo). There is normal wear to the cover edges and the spine from handling and storage. The pages inside have a little yellowing from age but are in great shape and free of markings and notations.
