Our handling time is currently within 1 business day of payment, though most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (weekdays) or 12:00 PM EST (Saturdays) are often shipped out the same day (excludes holidays). Handling times are contingent upon receiving payment in advance. 

Note that the average delivery time for standard shipping via USPS Media Mail is 2-8 business days; Priority Mail is 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping between 1-3 business days. Vmartdiscount cannot guarantee that estimated delivery times will be met by the postal carrier.

International orders are shipped through the Global Shipping Program (exclusions may apply). The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and service selected. 

Kindly verify your shipping address before completing your order via eBay and/or PayPal, as this cannot be edited afterward.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is an error on behalf of Vmartdiscount.

A tracking number is provided with every order. Vmartdiscount is not responsible for stolen packages once the tracking data records delivery of an order.
