    Delivery

Watches are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance and tracking purposes.
Other Items will be sent via EVRI tracked courier service, this service generally takes 3-5 days
We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 48 hours (except weekends)
ALWAYS ensure your address is correct, If an item is returned as undelivered by the post office then the postage will need to be repaid again before the item is sent out.
· If item has not been received in 10 working days please contact me		       Refunds and Exchanges:
· If an item is faulty or not as described, We will refund or exchange. Please contact use first so we can arrange for the items to be sent back.
· If a item is not suitable we are happy to exchange or refund (All postage and packing costs are to be paid by the buyer)
· Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
· Refunds given if item is returned within 7 days, all tags and original packaging must still be intact.
· We suggest you send your item back by recorded delivery, Refunds will only be given once we have received the item back as wewill NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
· These policies do not affect your statutory rights.		       We accept payment by PayPal only for delivered items and for items that are been collected cash can be accepted.

Postage & Packaging.

Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery. P&P costs are given upfront with the item.
