Vintage Woven Seed Bead Tube Necklace Glass Artist Hand Made Blue Green Metallic

Available is this unique hand made necklace.  It is vintage-y possibly 1990's era.   It is made of woven beaded tubes, with art glass beads, in metallics, blue and green.  Very intricate work on the tube sections interspersed with glass beads, two flanking the center look copper?  Slightly asymettrical - one side has a break in the tube.  Measures 17” inches long with a toggle clasp, strung on wire.  No signatures found.  From a local estate - no info on age or history.
