This is a vintage original 1995 The Space Precinct toy. This toy is Officer Took and it appears to be a vintage bath toy.

I have not seen another example of this particular toy so it would make a great addition for fans and collectors.

The toy is in used original condition with some general age marks but overall a nice example (See Photos)
