These saddlebags are in great condition.  They show no wear at all.  I used it for my Labrador Retriever and it fit great.  There is a harnass and the saddlebags use velcro to attach to the harnass.  So, you can remove the saddle bags without removing the harnass.  This saves a ton of time when you are using them.
