 The round bowl decorated  with  swags - resting on 

dome shaped base  with sunray decoration. Hallmarked on the base with 800 mark.

 Maker - E. Margus.   Condition: Excellent. SIZE: Silver part only -  8" high , 8" diameter.

The cobalt blue glass liner  7 3/4" diameter, 3 1/8" high.

 Weight of silver - 426 grams or 13.7 Troy ounces.
