Vintage party favor from Phi Delta Theta Fraternity's Davidson Baby Brawl, December 8, 1951. 6 1/2" long folding fan of wood and black cloth printed in blue and silver PHI DELTA THETA. The attached booklet has multi pages with illustrations explaining the "language of fans". A unique party favor like this fan must have been a big hit with the girls at the party! In excellent condition, a little minor loss of the black enamel paint on the outer ribs of the fan. From a local estate where the owner must have been a very sentimental lady.
