Overall condition is excellent. The colors are crisp and clean. It was stored in a temperature controlled, smoke free environment. There are no pinholes, tape marks or staple holes. The only issue is some mold or mildew staining on the lower reverse of the poster. Although faint, some stains bled to the poster face on the lower left bottom area (see photo). The stain occurred about 20 years ago. There are mold/mildew stain removal products out there, but I would just leave it alone as it adds patina (age) to the piece.
Poster is guaranteed original. It has provenance as I am the original owner. It was given to me the week prior to the concert as I exited the Fillmore. On occasion Bill Graham would be at the exit handing them out (along with an optional apple).
