Is the Hazard Switch triangle graphic on your Insert faded? A stencil graphic for the insert is what you need.

Apply the stencil over the plastic insert, remove the transfer tape. Mask off the surrounding area and paint with white enamel or your choice of colour. 

This is a simple way to restore that period look with out having to replace the full indicator switch.
