This is an unused 1999 "Y2K Millennium Bug" Blank Notebook 3 1/2" x 5"

at the SXSW film festival a film by Kyle Mooney on the Y2K problem is being presented.... stars Rachel Ziegler.     Back in 1999 there was concern that a bug in computers would not recognize the changeover to year 2000, the "Y2K" problem.
