Main Description -  1 Pair of  Socks, option to personalise (personalisation on front of the tag only).

These socks do not come with any retail tags, however we are giving you the option to add a personalised tag. Tags will be in black and white only, no option to add colour to the font / borders.

If you want the socks without personalisation, select option 'no - socks will be sent loose', there is no need to fill in the personalisation section for this selection, these socks are sold cheaper as they will be sent loose without tags.

For personalisation orders, only the front of the tag can be personalised, please fill out the personalisation section above before proceeding with your order. Remember to provide who it is To, what is the occassion and who is it From:. If we do not receive the correct details in time, we may need to cancel and refund your order.

Please note we would recommend the first name only, due to limited space, where there are multiple names, the font may need to be reduced to allow it to fit.

We cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes, so please ensure you double check the spelling before confirming your order. Please note names will be written in the following style such as Daniel not DANIEL.

This product is a known high street retailer, the product is brand new / unused but in accordance to requirement they have had their store tags / brand labels removed or defaced/blacked out to prevent store returns, please note this when purchasing the product.

Dispatch and Shipping

Products will be dispatched 1 working day after cleared payment or earlier.
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class
- Please allow up to 5 business days of delivery of your items, on most occasions you will receive them sooner.
- Once your order has been dispatched, eBay will automatically send you a confirmation email.
- If your item is returned back to me as undelivered, the buyer will need to repay the postage costs before we can send it out again.
- Where we charge for shipping, unfortunately we are unable to provide postal discounts, all items are set to immediate payment only.

After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please remember we are here to help, please get in touch before leaving negative or neutral feedback to resolve your issue

In the unlikely event where your item has not reached you and is considered missing, we will require you to wait the mimumum time set by the postal company for them to deem it to be considered lost, we will then issue a refund.

Returns

In the event of a return, you may return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund where the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly described.

- Goods must be free from any wear or tear, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Payments

We only accept payments for purchases made over eBay via the eBay platform.
 
All payments must be cleared before the items are dispatched, if you have changed your address or want us to ship to another address please update eBay with the correct shipping address before payment is made to us, we cannot take liability for any packages lost due to an incorrect address provided.
