SPRING CLEAN-UP SALE

I am literally up to my eyeballs in magic I have not had time to list, (Okay, I'm up to my ankles, or mid-calves... but there's a LOT of great stuff). And I have to clear it our fast before I trip on a box of vintage magic, fall into the clutter and vanish from the earth forever :-)

So I am listing items with very little description, and just one or two photos. (I know, I always say I won't have much description, and then I write a short essay about the trick... But this time, I mean it!

Since I am not spending a lot of time on the listings, I will make the prices extra great!

If you know your magic, you will recognize many items and know they are a great deal here. Or if you don't know the item, but you trust me to only offer you excellent items, at a great value, then you can find some real bargains.

Look at photo(s) -- what you see is what you get

This was Al Cohen's follow-up companion trick to his 1970's smash hit, Dot's Impossible.  Using the same format big dot cards, Cohen created a "Follow the leader / Oil & Water" type routine.   Although never as popular as its predecessor, Dots Incredible was (and still is) a strong routine that plays well for lay audiences.

The rights to this trick were sold to Royal Magic a couple decades ago, and so you can still get a version of it under the Royal name, printed on Royal card stock (not as good as these older ALCO sets on Aviator card stock).  Also the newer Royal versions feature Red and BLUE dots, not Red and BLACK as the originals.  One smart magician I know uses a Red-Black "roulette wheel" patter context when performing this, and so that is only possible when using an original ALCO set.

This set is from the original mid-1970's ALCO issue of the trick.  The instruction sheet is original and directly printed, as is the envelope.

(In the late 1980's, ALCO issued sets that had instructions and envelopes that were copied from the originals. -- check our store for a listing of one of those sets if you don't care so much about collectibility, and want to save a few bucks... Might be sold already, but worth a shot!)

A great collectible for packet enthusiasts or collectors of magic from the 1970's, BUT also a great performance piece that will fool your audiences.

PLEASE READ CONDITION NOTES!

CONDITION NOTES:  previously owned, but in very good condition -- complete with all original props, original instruction sheet, and original package envelope.   Cards handle well -- instructions have brown age discoloration, as does package envelope.  Envelope is torn and tape residue on back flap
