DESCRIPTION:

These units are in good cosmetic condition. They are used and show minor signs of wear, but are in good overall condition and passed all diagnostic tests. There are a few minor blemishes here and there, but no major dents or gouges. They do not have a hard drive or an optical drive. With no hard drive, no operating system could be installed. No keyboard, mouse or monitor.

Stock photos may be used for new or unopened items.

Serial number may vary from any found in the pictures as we have several units in stock.

If an item/accessory is not specifically mentioned, it will not be included. New items that have been sealed from the manufacturer will have everything the new item should come with like an adapter.

PAYMENT:

Please make all payments within 5 business days. Open orders are subject to cancelation after that time period.

 

SHIPPING:

This item will be safely packaged for shipment.

Item will ship within 24-48 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship using most major carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS.

There may be an added shipping charge to AK, HI, and PR. Please send a message to arrange shipping to these locations.

 

RETURNS:

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please send us a message before leaving negative/neutral feedback or before opening a return. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues and correct any mistakes.

Please note that our operation days are Monday through Friday. We will answer questions quicker between the hours of 8-5. If we do not respond to a message on Saturday or Sunday it is because the warehouse is closed and support is minimal. Any message sent over the weekend will get a response on Monday at the latest.

We have a 30-day return policy on all items.

New, factory sealed items that have been opened will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

We will accept returns due to incorrect items or DOA shipments.

Defective products must be returned within 5 days of the eBay return date. We will replace the item with another one (if available) or refund the sale.

All items must be returned with proper packaging.
