These boots run half a size large. I normally wear US 10.5D boots, and the 10D 202s fit me quite well

These will fit someone who normally wears US 10.5E2 boots, and possibly someone who normally wears 10.5D, or 10EE, boots after putting in thicker footbeds than the ones provided.

Care Guide

To clean the boots I'd recommend simply using water applied with soft horse hair brush. If the boots require a more thorough cleaning, I'd recommend using something like Red Wing's foam leather cleaner. 

In order to properly condition the boots without darkening the leather, I'd recommend using Red Wing's All Natural Bool Oil.
