Vintage Betta Toy & Party Favors Cake Decor Happy Birthday Girls Made in Hong Kong 1977. Girls have "sleeping eyes" so are open in upright position but close in laying down position. Package is sealed but shows damage & discoloration on cardboard & plastic. Orange flower candleholder is turned in its package but is not damaged. One doll has red paint on leg from factory.
