SHIPPING AND HANDLING

eBay seller protection requires us to ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure to update your shipping address before placing an order.  We offer signature confirmation for an additional $5 fee. If you would like to add signature confirmation, please contact us. Signature confirmation is free for orders over $750.

RETURNS

• There is a 13% restocking fee for non-defective items that have been opened.
• We will not accept damaged claims for items that were delivered more than 24 hours ago.
• The product serial number must match the serial number in our database.
• All items must be returned in their original condition. If they are not, your return request may be declined or you may be charged an additional fee.
• Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
